About Falx

Turning Concepts in to Reality

Falx is a Latin word originally meaning sickle, but was later used to mean any of a number of tools that had a curved blade that was sharp on the inside edge such as a scythe. The word is also associated with certain birds of prey due to the sickle shaped leading edge of the wings when diving or at high speed.

Formed to take advantage of our new designs, Falx was registered as a UK company in 2007. Based within the West Midlands, we work from a small design office in Stoke on Trent and we are currently in discussions regarding the build of a new manufacturing an test centre based in Staffordshire.

Our core team members have experience in mechanical and electrical engineering, product design, system test & evaluation plus business management and finance. Our five main managers are extremely well networked individuals who bring exciting new prospects' to our already significant, future development plan.
